DAY ONE

Twisted Tea and Afternoon Art.  Be the first to have a walk through the history of tea experience at the Twisted Fig Tea Room along with an afternoon of German tea tasting.  Taste loose leaf world-rated teas prepared in a Russian samovar.  Compliment your tea with a “SnickerTea Cookie.”  Presentation given by Joyce Wells, owner of the Eatmor Bundt Company and Twisted Fig Tea Room.  Start with a green tea to a black tea to the new popular white and herbal teas. Kingwood Center's grounds are renowned for both their historic significance and the floral displays of new gardens.  The French provincial mansion contains original furnishings with an outstanding gift shop.  You may see spring flowering bulbs and a host of other beautiful plants in this house.  The tropical greenhouse has a wide variety of plants from around the world that provide a colorful display of flowers, fruit, and foliage.  Gardens will be in the early stages of spring flowers. DAY TWO

Enjoy breakfast served at your hotel. Ride Mansfield's first wooden carousel at the Richland Carrousel Park in the Historic Carrousel District.   The Carrousel figures were carved in the style of G.A. Dentzel, one of the most revered carvers of the early 1900's.  All 52 figures were designed, carved and painted in Mansfield, Ohio. Romance That Became a Legend Tour at Malabar FarmState Park.  Humphrey Bogart, long time friend of Louis Bromfield, picked Malabar Farm for the site of his wedding to actress Lauren Bacall.  Enjoy a guided tour of the historical home with highlights of the famous Hollywood couple’s wedding and honeymoon rooms complete with the wedding march played on the very same piano that was used for the ceremony.  Wedding cake and beverage provided at the end of the tour. $.   http://www.malabarfarm.org/

DAY THREE

Breakfast is served!  Take an unforgettable walk of faith through the Bible at Biblewalk.  The Heart of the Reformation museum depicts the men and women who gave their lives to bring the Bible to the common man in a language they could understand.
