Twisted Fig Tea Room
Twisted Tea and Afternoon Art.  Be the first to have a walk through the history of tea experience at the Twisted Fig Tea Room along with an afternoon of German tea tasting.  Taste loose leaf world-rated teas prepared in a Russian samovar.  Compliment your tea with a “SnickerTea Cookie.”  Presentation given by Joyce Wells, owner of the Eatmor Bundt Company and Twisted Fig Tea Room.  Start with a green tea to a black tea to the new popular white and herbal teas. Kingwood CenterKingwood Center's grounds are renowned for both their historic significance and the floral displays of new gardens.  The French provincial mansion contains original furnishings with an outstanding gift shop.  You may see spring flowering bulbs and a host of other beautiful plants in this house.  The tropical greenhouse has a wide variety of plants from around the world that provide a colorful display of flowers, fruit, and foliage.  Gardens will be in the early stages of spring flowers. The Ohio State Reformatory is one of the biggest castle-like structures in the USA and one of the top 5 largest in the USA. The Reformatory houses the world's tallest free-standing steel cell block (6 tiers; 12 ranges, 600 cells). Richland Carrousel ParkEnjoy breakfast served at your hotel. Ride Mansfield's first wooden carousel at the Richland Carrousel Park in the Historic Carrousel District.   The Carrousel figures were carved in the style of G.A. Dentzel, one of the most revered carvers of the early 1900's.  All 52 figures were designed, carved and painted in Mansfield, Ohio.
