Join the Ohio Taxidermy Association (OTA) as they host the Ohio Taxidermy Show and Championships on March 27, 2010 (full convention March 26-28 for members) at the Mid Ohio Conference Center in Mansfield. The 2010 Ohio Taxidermy Championships will include a special display of mounted wildlife art that will be open to the public on Saturday, March 27 from 1-5 p.m. to provide the general public and many Ohio sportsmen to see the most outstanding and varied collection of artistically crafted wildlife mounts in Ohio displayed in one area. The public even gets the chance to vote on the People's Choice Awards on display. Wildlife categories include birds, waterfowl, gameheads, whitetails, mammals, fish, and reptiles.
The public is welcome on Saturday from 1-5, but members have access all weekend with registration. Sign up for OTA membership on-site at the event too! For those with interest in taxidermy , or just starting out, this show is a great opportunity and will get you started on the right path.
