After Work Party - Historic Carrousel District

The Last Friday of the month concert featuring entertainment by Michael Kelsey. a performance artist who brews soul, funk and even a little bit of the blues into a guitar festival. He has created a syle that is best described as "progressive-agressive accoustic guitar". His performances sometimes sound as if he were playing more than one guitar. He is "well versed in enterttaining and at every show he creates a rare army of sound that comes from one man. a voice and an acoustic guitar. The concert will be held in the Temple Court Parking lot in front of City Perks. This event is free, beverages will be available and lawn chairs are encouraged.
