Living Mansfield - Apple Hill Orchards

Follow the Drinking Gourd, a reenactment of the Underground Railroad in Richland County in he 1850s. Camp Mowana, 2276 Fleming Falls Rd., east of Mansfield off Rte 42. This is the third year for this event in which participants as runaway slaves, walk a two-mile path encountering several situations representing the obstacles faced in those days. Tours begin every 10 minutes. Free and open to all; donations will benefit local historical societies. Reservations are required.
