Meeting Planners
Welcome,
Thank you for considering Mansfield & Richland County for your next event. Whether you are planning for 5 or 5,000, allow me to assist you with your next successful meeting, convention, tournament, or tradeshow through the resources and offerings in our area.
In addition to exceptional traditional meeting space, the area also offers creative non-traditional meeting sites including B&B’s, a ski lodge, a timber-frame cabin at a championship golf course, a race car driving school, and an historic prison that’s said to be haunted.
How may I help?
Depending on where you are in your planning process, simply call or email me about the tools you need. Our Meeting Facilities Guide will showcase meeting sites if you are beginning your search. If you are further along and wish to make a Request for Proposal (RFP), I can do that as well. And if you just have some general questions, that’s why I’m here! Again, welcome to Mansfield.

Leave your group in awe at the grand architecture, Hollywood happenings, and an occasional ghost story at the Ohio State Reformatory, filming site of Shawshank Redemption. Step back in time at Malabar Farm and hold a meeting at a small cabin in the woods, hold a lunch on the grounds and tour the home of author Louis Bromfield and wedding site of Humphrey Bogart & Laruen Bacall.
