Important Message to Shawshank fans:
The oak tree is on private property and is currently being used as agricultural farmland. PLEASE, respect the owner's property and land by not trespassing.  Do not climb on or over the fence. The owner's of the oak tree are negotiating the opportunity to view the oak tree up close for the Shawshank Reunion, and we must all be respectful to protect the land, the crops and the oak tree for all to enjoy in the years ahead.
